Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. macauph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend accounts where verification cannot be completed.
macauph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. macauph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. macauph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. macauph processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya in real time during operational hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one to three business days.
macauph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where macauph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on macauph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). macauph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
Anti-Money Laundering: macauph complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). macauph is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. Players must not use macauph for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
macauph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. macauph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at macauph's sole discretion and macauph is under no obligation to offer any particular promotion to any particular player.

By participating in any game on macauph, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, macauph's decision regarding the outcome of that round shall be final.
All games on macauph utilize certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. macauph does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the standard mathematical house edge inherent in each game's design.
macauph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, the stake placed on the affected round will be returned to the player's macauph wallet.
Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, macauph's server-side records of the game state at the time of disconnection will be used to determine the outcome. macauph is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's side.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any macauph content without the prior written consent of macauph.
Any unauthorized use of macauph's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, macauph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the macauph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
macauph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the macauph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your macauph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
macauph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. macauph will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude macauph's liability for death or personal injury caused by macauph's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
macauph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the macauph Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on macauph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
macauph implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and macauph cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

macauph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
